She was able to get my offer ready in no time so we were the first offer in, and because of the rapport she built with the seller's agent during the process, I ended up getting the house even though it was a multiple offer scenario with two of the other offers being higher than mine! Since I hadn't waived inspection when that report came back, she also helped me figure out what to ask for, and the seller accepted it (again, unheard of in this market!). Once we entered the contract, Amber continued to be my advocate and worked with the seller's agent to ensure everything was fixed and clean before closing. Some of the work from the inspection had to be done after I closed, and Amber went above and beyond to meet the workers on my behalf while I was at work! I cannot recommend Amber highly enough. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the market, honesty, and dedication really makes a difference in this kind of market.
